Ravensworth Ladies Bowling Club - Charity Competition
Thursday 9th August from 10.00am.
(All proceeds from the competition are donated to Arthritis Care Gateshead)
Spectators are most welcome to attend and support the Lady Bowlers and Arthritis Care Gateshead at this lovely bowling club nestled away behind the Angel of the North.
Friends and family were delighted to support Ron Bellinger when he received the 'Mayors Award for Services to the Community' from the The Mayor of Gateshead; Councillor Maureen Goldsworthy.
Ron has worked as a volunteer for Arthritis Care for 20 years and was delighted to receive this award and enjoy hearing about the history of the Mayoral Robes and Mace.
